This module captures the patient’s notes pertaining to their outpatient and inpatient visits as well as maintaining the patient’s medical history. It is fully integrated with Master Patient Index, Patient Management, Order Management and all patient care modules.

The Dietary System is an easy to use system bringing together the management planning of the dietary department and meals for the patients. This module auto captures the newly admitted patient to the patient list in the respective ward and auto captures the diet ordered by the doctor through the Order Management System.
